Exchanges
All confirmed orders are final and not applicable for any returns/ exchanges/ refund due to hygiene purposes.
Incorrect or Defective Item
If your item gets damaged during the course of shipping or an wrong item was given, please contact us at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your order with the following information:
A full refund for defective items will be given (excluding shipping fees) once the error is confirmed.
Customers will be responsible for sending any wrong items back to us for any exchanges. We highly reccomend using a reliable shipping courier to ensure that your item gets to us successfully. Customers will be required to pay for any shipping fees incurred during the exchange.
